Job Description Position Type: Full-Time, M-F 9AM to 3PM Level: Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) Setting: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) / Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) About Us We are a growing PHP/IOP treatment center located in Delray Beach, Florida, specializing in the treatment of process addictions and trauma. Our primary population is adult Jewish men struggling with sex addiction, pornography addiction, gambling addiction, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health and trauma-related concerns. Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Primary Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for carrying a caseload of PHP/IOP clients, providing individual therapy, facilitating groups, coordinating care, and supporting clients through intensive, trauma-informed treatment. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is interested in working with process addictions, trauma, and complex presentations in a structured, collaborative environment.
