Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the Operations Manager collaborates closely with other Legal Operations Managers, department heads, and supervisors to address operational challenges, refine processes, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role is pivotal in enhancing productivity, maintaining high service standards, and driving operational excellence aligned with company goals.

• Operational Oversight:
• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities within the assigned department or office to align with organizational goals.
• Optimize workflow, resource allocation, and scheduling to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze data and trends to forecast operational needs and ensure effective resource management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying and resolving bottlenecks to improve operational performance.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Provide leadership and guidance to office managers, supervisors, and employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Support professional development and performance management, promoting continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Assist the Operations Director in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for operational excellence and organizational growth.
• Collaborate with senior management to align departmental strategies with company objectives.
• Process Improvement:
• Implement best practices and standards to maintain high service quality and client satisfaction.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations.
• Hiring and Staffing:
• Oversee the hiring process for new team members, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and the Operations Director to define staffing needs and evaluate candidates.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with other operations managers to implement process changes and align with company policies and objectives.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, marketing, legal, and other departments to achieve operational goals and resolve issues.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to evaluate processes and implement improvements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization.Location: In-Office PositionBenefits:
