Job Description:
Description SUMMARY: Palm Beach Atlantic University is seeking
temporary, part-time employees to assist our team during peak times
of the year. For example, graduation, camps, or providing
additional coverage as necessary. Essential Competencies: Must be
supportive of PBA's mission to equip students to grow in wisdom,
lead with conviction, and serve God boldly. Must support PBA as a
Christ-first University. Must be a team player. Must collaborate
and partner with others to complete tasks and assigned
responsibilities. Excellent communication skills. Excellent
interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational
skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills
with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize
tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function
well in a high-paced environment while navigating multiple
priorities simultaneously. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
or related software, preferred. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, preferred. Additional Requirements: Ability
to work non-routine hours. Ability to sit and/or stand for
prolonged periods of time. Ability to traverse campus and stairs.
Some positions may require the ability to lift/move objects up to
40 pounds and/or climb ladders. Qualifications Candidates must have
a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred
experience working in a customer service, educational, marketing,
advertising, or event/production environment. In some cases,
additional education and/or experience may be required.
